1) Scope of Services (India)

HumanlyYou provides counselling-style support, coaching, workshops, and educational resources focused on emotional well-being, life transitions, relationships, workplace well-being, boundaries, and personal growth.

HumanlyYou operates strictly within a non-medical, non-psychiatric scope.

2) No Practice of Medicine or Psychiatry

HumanlyYou does not engage in the practice of medicine, psychiatry, or regulated clinical services as defined under applicable Indian laws and regulations.

No diagnosis of mental illness
No prescription of medication
No medical/fitness certificates
No medico-legal opinions or reports

Where clinical diagnosis, medication, or specialised treatment is required, clients should consult a licensed psychiatrist, clinical psychologist, or medical practitioner.

3) Ethical Framework & Professional Conduct

Informed consent and transparency
Respect for dignity, autonomy, and cultural context
Non-judgmental, non-discriminatory support
Professional boundaries and appropriate referrals
Confidentiality within legal and ethical limits

4) Crisis & Emergency (India)

HumanlyYou does not provide emergency mental health services. If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, risk of self-harm or harm to others, severe distress, or psychiatric emergency, please seek immediate help from local emergency services, hospitals, or licensed professionals.

5) Confidentiality & Legal Limits (India)

HumanlyYou respects confidentiality and privacy as an ethical standard. Confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by law, court order, lawful request, or where there is a credible risk of serious harm.

6) User Responsibility

Coaching and counselling-style support is a collaborative process. You remain responsible for your decisions and outcomes. HumanlyYou does not guarantee specific results.

7) Legal, Paralegal & Medico-Legal Disclaimer (India)

HumanlyYou does not provide legal advice or paralegal services. Any discussion of workplace policy, rights, ethics, governance, or regulations is informational and should not be treated as legal guidance under Indian law.

HumanlyYou also does not provide medico-legal opinions, reports, certificates, court documentation, or expert testimony unless expressly agreed under a separate written contract and only where legally permissible.

8) Intellectual Property

All website content—including text, images, designs, frameworks, session structures, templates, and downloads—is the intellectual property of HumanlyYou or its licensors. You may use content for personal, non-commercial use only unless otherwise permitted in writing.

9) Website Scraping, Copying & Automated Access (Strictly Prohibited)

You may not scrape, crawl, harvest, mine, or extract website content or data using automated means (bots, scripts, scrapers, AI tools) without prior written permission, including copying for AI/LLM training, datasets, embeddings, or commercial reuse.

10) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
