How is coaching different from therapy?

Coaching is future-facing and action-oriented: clarity, boundaries, habits, and growth. Therapy often focuses on clinical treatment and deeper mental health conditions. Humanly You is coaching-led and supportive; if you need clinical care, we’ll encourage the right support.

How do I choose a service?

Start with the 30‑Minute Clarity Call. We’ll identify what matters most and recommend a gentle next step.

How many sessions do people take?

Some people come for one clarity session. Others prefer a 4–6 session arc for deeper change. We’ll recommend what fits — and you stay in control.

Is this confidential?

Yes, confidentiality is respected. The exception is risk of serious harm, where safety steps may be necessary.
