Payments & Refunds

1) Payment Gateway
All transactions on HumanlyYou are processed securely through Razorpay. HumanlyYou does not store your card or banking details on our servers.
2) Pricing & Currency
All products are listed in USD (United States Dollars). Your bank/card provider may apply currency conversion rates and international transaction fees.
3) Delivery of Digital Products
HumanlyYou products are digital downloads (templates, workbooks, trackers, toolkits, and clinical tools). After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation and access to your download.
Tip: Please double-check the email you enter at checkout to ensure smooth delivery.
4) Refund Policy for Digital Goods
Because digital products can be accessed immediately, purchases are generally final and non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered only in these cases:
- Duplicate payment for the same product
- Incorrect charge due to a system error
- Technical issue that prevents access/download (and we are unable to resolve it)
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase via the Contact page with your payment reference.
5) India + International (Razorpay-Compliant) Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method used. Timing depends on your bank/card issuer and Razorpay processing windows.
For international cards/foreign currency payments, currency conversion differences or fees charged by your bank are outside HumanlyYou’s control.
6) Chargebacks & Disputes
If something looks wrong with a transaction, please contact us first so we can help. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
